Aimed at soccer players aged between 12 and 16 from all over the world, selected through an internal admission process, the Teams Experience program is a unique competition, training, and technical and tactical improvement program in Spain.

Developed with the aim of giving children from all over the world the opportunity to enjoy a unique experience with the best services and an elite sports program.

These programs are developed over fortnightly periods compatible with the soccer player’s; academic schedule. Aimed at teams, academies, and groups of players from around the world, young athletes are provided with accommodation, transportation, and complementary activities tailored to their needs. This allows them to focus on developing their talent.

We enhance the player’s ability to perceive, interpret, and make the right decision at every moment of the game, and to execute it in the shortest possible time. All this inherent potential in each child will define their talent, overall competence, and intelligence.

For this high-performance program, we have collaboration agreements and sports partners with various clubs in La Liga Santander and La Liga Hypermotion. Soccer players will be able to live and feel like elite players belonging to a professional club.

As an essential part of the experiences, we offer weekly or biweekly training programs with official coaches from the youth academies of Madrid’s most important clubs: Real Madrid CF (Valdebebas Sports Complex), Atlético de Madrid (Wanda Sports Complex – Alcalá de Henares), and Getafe CF (Getafe Sports Complex).

Training sessions take place at their professional facilities and follow the methodology and technical standards used to train future elite players, including sessions focused on tactical improvement, physical conditioning, technical refinement, and sports-focused psychological preparation.

The experiences include the organization of friendly matches with high-performance teams from the lower categories of LaLiga EA Sports and LaLiga Hypermotion.

In addition, there is the option of a complete two-week experience, ideal for teams or groups of players seeking total immersion in high-level soccer. During the first week, players will prepare physically, technically, and tactically with youth coaches. The second week is dedicated to participating in one of Spain’s most renowned youth soccer tournaments, in which top national and international academies and clubs compete.

We take care of tournament registration procedures, as well as all logistical coordination and necessary support for players and their companions so they can focus on enjoying the experience to the fullest.

As part of our goal to promote human values such as respect, effort, commitment, and coexistence through sport, our experiences include visits and guided tours to the RFEF (Royal Spanish Football Federation) museum, Legends The Home of Football, the Santiago Bernabéu stadium, the Riyadh Air Metropolitano stadium, and the Coliseum stadium in Getafe.

In addition, participants will enjoy attending two LaLiga EA Sports first division matches and one Madrid lower division match as part of the 15-day programs, and one match from each division as part of the 10-day programs.

The experiences include transfers (airport pick-up and drop-off) for all members of the participating teams. Visas and flights are not included in our programs.
